We're looking for a talented Actuarial Model Developer to join our team of highly skilled actuaries and play a key role in shaping the models that support our reporting, risk management, and business planning activities.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Prophet models supporting a range of activities, including IFRS 17 reporting, risk-based capital reporting, and business planning.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand evolving requirements and translate them into effective modelling solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process enhancements, automation, and innovative ways of working.
• Ensure models and associated processes comply with company governance standards and regulatory requirements, supported by clear and robust documentation.
• Perform testing and validation activities to demonstrate the ongoing accuracy, reliability, and suitability of actuarial models.
• Support internal and external audit activities by evidencing the strength of modelling controls and governance processes.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and business initiatives, providing actuarial expertise and technical insight where required.

About you:

We're looking for someone who combines strong technical capability with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience in Prophet model development, Prophet Professional and Prophet Enterprise is essential.

You'll ideally have:

• Full or part qualification as an actuary.
• A strong degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced technical skills in MS Excel and MS Access/SQL.
• Experience within the life insurance industry, with knowledge of a range of products, particularly unit-linked business.
• Understanding of IFRS 17 and risk-based capital reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to a broad range of stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset, with the confidence to challenge existing approaches and drive continuous improvement.
